Quantachrome Corp. has announced a corporate identity change under a new name -- Quantachrome Instruments. The name was chosen to better reflect the company's mission as a manufacturer of state-of-the-art particle characterization instruments. In addition, a new corporate logo has been selected that better captures the innovative spirit and cutting-edge technology that guides Quantachrome's product development and customer support.

"This is all a part of a continuing evolution of our company and reflects our commitment to meeting changing market needs," said Tom O'Connor, director of sales and marketing. "Our new name and image better captures our mission to help customers optimize their particle performance. At the same time, it retains the Quantachrome name, which has been synonymous with particle characterization and reliability."
