According to the company, the 2800MM is intended for busy safety and industrial hygiene professionals seeking durability, flexibility, simplicity and affordability together in one solution. The unit provides measurements of SPL, Lmax, Lmin, Leq, SEL and elapsed time. Selectable response time constants include slow, fast, impulse and peak. Measurement ranges include 80 to 140, 60 to 120, 40 to 100, and 20 to 80 dB. A choice of two optional octave band filter sets may be added to the 2800M at any time.
