Retsch's completely redesigned test sieves meet or exceed the latest ISO standards. The modern, fully automated process ensures a standard of quality that was previously unattainable with other test sieves. The new test sieves are made of high-alloy steel 316L that is extremely corrosion resistant. The one-piece body includes individual lasering of the mesh width. The innovative resistant-welded connection to the sieve frame guarantees a permanently stretched wire gauze. The sieves' groove- and solder-free wire transition eliminates cross contamination and makes cleaning easy. Each sieve comes with a seal ring for perfectly tight sieve stacks and low-noise operation. The computer-controlled production process includes the optical inspection of each wire gauze used, as well as the recording of all measuring data. Each sieve receives a serial number and is issued a compliance certificate. Upon request, an optional inspection certificate with the individual measuring data is available.
