Retsch's newest rotor beater mill, the SR 300, processes chemical and biological samples, dry organic plant material, minerals and pharmaceutical products. Materials with feed sizes of up to 15 mm can be processed to finenesses below 80 microns. The batch output can be up to 30 liters or up to 360 kgs/h in continuous mode. With its powerful 2.2 kW motor and large-dimensioned rotor, a circumferential speed of approximately 18,000 rpm can be achieved, which makes the rotor beater mill the semi-industrial version of the company's proven ZM 100 Ultra centrifugal mill.
