MoreHenning Eskild Jensen was recently appointed chief financial officer (CFO) of RHI AG. Jensen previously served as a member of the management board of Tyco Electronics. In addition, Rudolf Payer, member of the management board of RHI AG and responsible for Business Administration, recently informed the RHI supervisory board that he will not extend his management board contract, which expires on June 30, 2010, on his own request. The tasks managed by Payer will be taken over by Jensen as of June 30, 2010. The supervisory board has thanked Payer for many years of commitment to the company and wishes him all the best for his further career.
Jensen studied at the University of St. Gallen and obtained a master’s of business administration degree at the University of San Francisco. In the course of his career, he held several executive positions in the area of finance in international companies. Prior to his position with Tyco Electronics, Jensen served as director of Finance at Delphi Electronics, a subsidiary of General Motors.
