Henning Eskild Jensen was recently appointed chief financial officer (CFO) of RHI AG. Jensen previously served as a member of the management board of Tyco Electronics. In addition, Rudolf Payer, member of the management board of RHI AG and responsible for Business Administration, recently informed the RHI supervisory board that he will not extend his management board contract, which expires on June 30, 2010, on his own request.
