RHI recently announced that Ernst Stoelzel and Robert Gregan have been named to two key positions in the Group.

RHI recently announced that it has created and filled two key positions in the Group. Ernst Stoelzel has been named the head of RHI’s Raw Materials Division, while Robert Gregan assumed the management of RHI’s Business Development, Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions department. Both positions were effective at the beginning of this month.

Born in Germany, Stoelzel is responsible for the Group’s raw material mining and processing, the supply of plants with raw materials, and the external purchasing and sale of raw materials. He has a degree in business administration and began his career with Hoechst, where he held national and international positions with increasing responsibility in purchasing, organization, strategic planning, marketing and sales, as well as general management. In the last 10 years, Stoelzel worked as business unit manager, managing director and supervisory board member for Invista, a Koch Industries company and one of the world’s largest manufacturers of fibers and polymers.

Gregan is responsible for setting the course and implementing the strategic positioning and business development, as well as the M&A activities that will be decisive for RHI in the future. Moreover, he holds a key position in the Group’s restructuring, which is currently being implemented.

Following his studies in business administration in Mainz, Gregan was initially responsible for the purchasing of certain product groups at Hoechst. He then took over the management of business lines for international fiber manufacturers KoSA and Invista, and was chief executive officer for the special fiber producers Kelheim Fibres and Dolan. Most recently, he was the head of the Non Wovens business unit at Lenzing.
