Designed to work 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the IMC-1 in-motion check weighing system from Rice Lake Weighing Systems is an automated solution that simplifies weight control of boxes, cartons, bags, pails, kegs, and raw and unpackaged commodities. Each system can be custom-built to work with packaging lines of any age, location or configuration. The heavy-duty belt system is available in capacities up to 200 lbs (90 kg) and handles products up to 36 in. wide and 5 ft 6 in. long at maximum production rates of 40 units/min. The intermediate belt system is available in capacities of 2-50 lbs (.5-kg kg) or 10-110 lbs (4.5-50 kg) and handles products up to 36 x 36 in at maximum production rates of 60 units/min.
