Sacmi Automation became fully operative on January 1, 2001. The company, originally a division of Inpak Imola and now part of Sacmi Forni, aims to provide customers with renewed, specifically targeted problem solving skills for ceramic product packaging, sorting, and the downstream stages of palletizing and finished product handling. Long-standing experience in the ceramics industry, plus the increased potential and far-reaching synergy stemming from its introduction into the Sacmi Forni organization, will provide customers with the sure-fire skills they need to make significant improvements to specific product quality and customer services in general.
