Turkish ceramic manufacturer Usak Seramik has chosen Sacmi as the prime equipment supplier for its new plant near the city of Usak. One of the most modern in Turkey, the plant features two 149.1-meter-long FMS2850 kilns, preceded by 12.6-meter JMS2850 pre-kilns. This production setup provides a daily output rate of 24,000 square meters of single-fire floor tile and glazed porcelain tile. To complete the plant, Sacmi also supplied four complete pressing, drying, glazing and handling lines consisting of two PH3590 and two PH2590 presses capable of covering a wide range of sizes.
