MoreSacmi Istanbul recently inaugurated a new production facility in Bursa, Turkey, to produce machines and plants for sanitaryware, including structural frameworks, mechanical parts and components. The new facility will be called Sacmi Bursa.
An official inauguration ceremony was held in the new plant on December 6, 2007. In attendance were management representatives and the Sacmi Imola board of directors. Also present at the ribbon-cutting ceremony were functionaries of Sacmi Group companies already working with Sacmi Istanbul, plus delegations representing major Turkish customers.
The new facility is an important achievement for the Sacmi Group, which, in terms of both the number of machines installed and the businesses carried out through Sacmi Istanbul, has enjoyed a strong presence in Turkey for some time.
