Saint-Gobain Insulation (Saint-Gobain group), based in Paris, France, has purchased the metal ceiling grid business of the Maars Group, Horderwijk (North West Veluwe) Netherlands. It will become part of Saint-Gobain's Insulation Division, and the facility and all employees will be maintained. Maars Holding BV, founded in 1946, develops, manufactures and installs partition and ceiling systems. The company employs 500 people. Maars Ceiling Systems, shareholder of Acoustical Products Industry BV (API) comprises the metallic ceiling grid products of Maars.
