Sauereisen Inc. recently announced the appointment of three corporate officers. The company's board of directors has elected J. Eric Sauereisen president, C. Karl Sauereisen vice president/corporate secretary, and Patrick E. Connell chief executive officer. Eric Sauereisen's appointment marks a transition of leadership to the third generation of the Sauereisen family. His father, Ferd, remains active with the company as chairman of the board. Eric's new responsibilities will emphasize financial management, sales development and research administration. Karl Sauereisen will oversee several departments, including production, purchasing, marketing and human resources.
