He is responsible for the company's research and development program and manufacturing scale-up in conjunction with the commercialization of certain products. Prior to joining the company, Campbell was senior research manager at Oxynet, Inc. for five years, where he managed two programs dedicated to the commercialization of medical oxygen concentrators and high-purity nitrogen gas de-oxygenation devices from licensed technology.
