Scientific Dust Collectors recently released a new technical bulletin for its SL series cartridge dust collectors. The new bulletin provides detailed specifications on the heavy duty reverse pulse-jet cartridge collector's standard and optional design features. The bulletin highlight's the series' three patented design features. The patented nozzle-based cleaning system induces greater cleaning air volume per cartridge. The patented internal air baffle reduces dust loading on the top of the cartridges and maintains a downward airflow pattern. And the patented spring loaded cartridge door makes cartridge changes quick and easy while assuring a positive seal and proper cartridge tension against the tube sheet.
