The Society of Glass and Ceramic Decorators (SGCD) will host its annual technical seminar and trade show in Nashville, Tenn., from March 29-April 1, 2003. After conducting a survey of all SGCD members, the show was permanently moved to the spring, having previously been a fall event. The seminar program has been redesigned to include more varied sessions for members. For the first time, SGCD will offer a session on business management, which will cover topics such as software, personnel management, motivation and leadership training. Other sessions will cover decorating materials, organics, decorating processes and flat glass. The popular First Step Decorating Fundamentals session will be held again, after it was so well received at SGCD's 2002 show.

For program details, call (703) 838-2810 or visit http://www.sgcd.org.
