Screenprinting & Graphic Imaging Association International's (SGIA) board of directors recently voted to change the association's name to the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association. Under the new banner, SGIA will continue to champion screen printing and digital imaging. "Screen printing and digital imaging are SGIA's two core technologies," said Michael E. Robertson, president. "SGIA supports any technology that can help our members stay profitable and successful in the future." Drawing on the expertise and resources of the Screen Printing Technical Foundation, SGIA will add new screen printing support services, SPTF work instructions for screen printers, and managerial surveys and reports.

The association's website is located at http://www.sgia.org .
