MoreIngredient Masters recently announced the addition to its engineering staff of Jane Sparling. She was employed for 11 years in project management for Campbell Soup, where her responsibilities included the design and implementation of process and packaging systems, as well as programs to improve workplace ergonomics.
In her new position, Sparling will manage major programs for Ingredient Masters’ North American customers, including scheduling, and the integration of lean techniques into system manufacturing. A mechanical engineer, she is a graduate of the University of Delaware.
