Stahli Announces Expansion Plans

Stahli USA, Inc. has launched a major expansion in the U.S. under new management.

Stahli USA, Inc., a subsidiary of A. W. Stahli, Ltd. of Switzerland, has launched a major expansion in the U.S. under new management. With the strategic acquisition of three key companies in the lapping industry, Stahli USA, Inc. stands poised to enlarge the presence of Stahli machines, equipment and lapping techniques in North America. New Stahli USA, Inc. president Dale Hutchinson recently announced the acquisition of Technalap, Inc., Lapco Industries, Inc. and Dalron Technologies, Inc. Stahli USA, Inc.'s national headquarters has moved from Rockford, Ill. to Wauconda, Ill., and East Coast sales will be based in South Carolina. "In the increasingly specialized global market of diverse technologies, the need for extremely high tolerances achieved on machines with ever greater efficiencies is unprecedented," said Hutchinson. "The Stahli brand symbolizes precision flatness and finish. We are ready and eager to expose world-class machines and techniques and incomparable know-how and experience to new customers in North America."
