Stellar Materials has acquired its leading product distributor, the Thermbond Refractory Group of John Zink Co., LLC. "This acquisition provides us with a talented team of nine technical sales people and two technical service people with a deep knowledge of Thermbond(R) refractories," said David Mintz, vice president of Stellar Materials. "Adding these experienced people to our staff will position us to do a better job of supporting our strategic partners, contractors and end users. The acquisition also positions Stellar to substantially expand its business domestically and internationally, as the new employees are located in the U.S and Europe."
