MoreSuperior Technical Ceramics Corp. (STC) recently announced a new service, a dedicated production work cell, in support of the industries and customers it serves. Called the Rapid Production Unit (RPU), the purpose of the new service is to provide STC's customers with the means to acquire smaller quantities of prototype parts, or small production quantities, in an accelerated time frame. Most orders can be produced and shipped within 2-4 weeks after receipt of a purchase order and an approved drawing. STC helps companies meet prototype requirements, and, in those cases where the prototype part(s) go to production, supports those requirements through its regular manufacturing process.
