Sweco recently introduced a new sanitary version of its bag dump/screener system, which effectively contains the dust and debris often released when bags of material are loaded into industrial separators. The new design features a removable grate for easy cleaning. The bag deck is a smooth, one-piece construction that eliminates any cracks or crevices that could harbor dust. The hood can be provided in a continuous welded or removable design, and an optional lift door with a sanitary lock works to further ensure a clean environment. For added convenience, doors are also available in a split design. The new sanitary version of the low profile separator used with the bag dump system offers a removable discharge cone to improve access for cleaning and discharge.
