TAH Industries Inc. recently introduced the High Flow Turbo(TM), its newest square geometry, disposable static mixer. This mixer enables higher flow rates with less effort. The square geometry consists of a series of alternating left and right hand elements with intermittent flow inverters, which effectively channel the fluids from the walls into the center of the mixer. The mixer is about half the length of comparative spiral mixers and provides consistent, high-quality mixing. Reduced waste leads to cost savings, and the unit offers improved service life compared to competitive square mixers. With snap off extensions, the Hi Flow Turbo is available in two configurations designed to fit most disposable cartridges.
