TAH Industries, Inc. is offering its model 442 dynamic autoclave for difficult-to-mix two-component urethanes and epoxy materials. The unit's design combines the benefits of dynamic mixing action with the low-cost, disposable mixing chambers refined by the company. The model 442 can be used with new Meter Mix Systems or retrofitted to an existing system for improved material mixing. The A/B components are separately ported through the valve body and manifold, combining at the dynamic mixer inlet through the use of a sequenced start. The rotating impeller consists of a string of disposable helical elements. The rotating speed can be adjusted from 200 to 4000 rpm.
