The Tile Council of America, Inc. (TCA) recently announced the promotion of Eric Astrachan from director of technical services to deputy executive director. In his new position, Astrachan will supervise the internal operations of and coordinate the goals, tasks and activities of the TCA. "Mr. Astrachan brings an extensive background in international business with the past nine years in ceramic manufacturing, sales and installation," said Robert E. Daniels, executive director. "His technical and managerial expertise has enhanced both our operations and the quality of our technical literature, as well as the type of service we offer to the industry."
