Thermal Technology Sponsors Sintering School

Thermal Technology announced it is sponsoring the International Spring School on Field Assisted Sintering Technique (FAST) at Technische Universitat Darmstadt in Darmstadt, Germany, March 20-26. The session features experts from around the world and offers an overview of all relevant scientific and technological aspects of sintering under the influence of electric current, also known as spark plasma sintering (SPS), pulsed electric current sintering (PECS), and field-assisted sintering technique (FAST).

Daniela Fredrick, Ph.D., manager of Product Development, will lecture on solutions for future growth of the pulsed electric current sintering (PECS) industry and will discuss simultaneous multiple sampling, as well as overcoming limitations to sample shape and size.
