Built around the company's goniometer technology, this family consists of three products engineered with a modular approach. They can be used to exploit the full potential of wavelength dispersive XRF for the analysis of materials in cement and mining, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, ceramics, refractories, glass making, inorganic chemicals, petrochemicals, polymers and environment-related application areas.
