Thermo Electron recently announced an innovative customer support solution. By uniting the service offerings from Thermo ARL, Thermo Elemental, Thermo Nicolet and Thermo Spectronic, the new CarePlan service program allows Thermo's spectroscopy customers to customize their own support services. Customers can select a support package that will meet their needs and budget requirements. For example, spectroscopy labs can maximize instrument uptime while reducing costs by controlling their routine maintenance schedules. In addition to keeping the same field-based support that spectroscopy labs have come to trust, CarePlan offers a larger infrastructure of trained experts who will continue to provide the hassle-free service customers expect. The flexible CarePlan offers a money back guarantee.
