The Bullitt Center in Seattle has become the third building constructed with PPG Industries’ glass to meet the Living Building Challenge™ (LBC) standard, reportedly the world’s most rigorous green design and construction standard.

Acme Brick Co. celebrated its 124th birthday by toppling over 4,000 brick at the Fort Worth Water Gardens in Fort Worth, Texas. Most “topples” are built with dominos, but this installation used real Acme brick: solid paving brick from Acme’s Tulsa, Okla., plant, as well as several hundred specialty brick from other Acme plants.
