President Obama signed the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act on June 22, marking the first major overhaul of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) in 40 years. Deco ’16 kicked off April 16 in Baltimore, Md., marking the show’s first return to the East Coast since 2002 when the group met in Washington, D.C.
