Union Process, Inc.: QL Attritor

The new QL attritor from Union Process, Inc. is an improved addition to the company's line of circulation attritor mills. Like the company's original Q mills, the QL is a circulation grinding attritor that includes a large holding tank, which is typically about 10 times the size of the attritor. What differentiates the QL from other Q attritors is the inclusion of specially-configured arms designed to grind faster and create more agitation, resulting in a more efficient grind. This new design can be adapted to the original Q machine with some shaft changes and modifications. Grinding media for the QL range in size from 3/32 to 1/4 in. diameters.
