The DMQ-Mill(TM) Small Media Milling System is the focus of a new brochure from Union Process. The new full-color brochure outlines the advantages of circulation grinding, and drawings illustrate how the circulation grinding process works. Features and benefits offered by the line, including operation in either circulation or continuous modes, and adjustable product discharge openings to accommodate grinding media from 1 mm to .3 mm, are described. The brochure also details other features of the DMQ-Mill line, such as the proprietary Delta disc design that eliminates shaft whip and mill vibration while providing much greater random media motion for improved milling efficiency.
