Dennis S. Engh, president of Utah Clay Technology, recently announced the company's participation in the Southern California Investment Association (SCIA) conference. "The SCIA conference was a chance to present the opportunity represented by Utah Clay Technology to a group of individuals and organizations that command the financial resources to help us realize our long-term goals," said Engh. "The plan that the company presented is for a $7 million state-of-the-art facility that will enable Utah Clay Technology to efficiently produce high grade kaolin products. A number of the groups present expressed interest in the Utah Clay Technology opportunity. We are in continuing discussions with several of them and will announce the results of these negotiations as soon as feasible."
