Vac-U-Max recently sold a complete bag dump station system, complete with an integral dust collector, a single shaft lump breaker and a pneumatic bag compactor. Manufactured and designed by the Vac-U-Max Engineering department, the equipment is available in carbon steel, 304 stainless steel and an option for 3A/USDA sanitary construction. The bag compactor connects directly to either side of the bag dump station and has a "mail box" access door for easy maintenance. The bag dump station can be used in any configuration, with pneumatic convey system, aeromechanical, flexible auger or gravity feed into process.
