Vanderbilt Announces Reorganization Plans

R.T. Vanderbilt Co. is reorganizing its sales and marketing department to better serve its domestic and international customers. The change will result in the formation of three market-driven global units -- Rubber and Plastics, Minerals and Petroleum. The new organization will provide a more effective platform to prioritize customers' needs and effectively deploy company assets. The global sales and marketing units will be directed by Kenneth H. Kelly, who has been promoted to vice president and general manager, sales and marketing. Kelly has spent 13 years with the company's Rubber and Plastics department in sales and sales management.

The newly formed global business units will be headed by: Jack Hattendorf, vice president and global business manager, Lubricant Additives; Randy Johnson, vice president and global business manager, Minerals; and Shaun King, global business manager, Rubber and Plastics.
