In last week’s CI CyberNews CyberPoll, we asked readers if they are willing, as consumers, to pay more for “green” products. Slightly more than half (53.33%) of respondents answered no, while 23.33% answered yes and the same number (23.33%) indicated that they are sometimes willing to pay more.

“I will pay more if it is a better product, but not just because it is ‘green.’”
“Most green products are not really green anyway, just ‘politicaly correct.’”
“We have a choice of paying for it on the front end or the back end; most times it is cheaper to pay for on the front end.”
“As long as they are truly green and not a result of a greenwashing campaign.”
