"The EPA has dramatically impacted all aspects of the energy market with new rules designed to raise the cost of coal fired power plants. Mostly this is directed to solving perceived problems of global warming that at best is based on soft science that correlates global warming to CO2 emissions."

"We need what other countries have, a national business strategy, not each state trying to screw all the rest!"

"Having grown up before the existence of the EPA, I remember what it was like when industry "regulated itself", before automotive catalytic converters, before OSHA snd Right to Know. We can't afford to go back to that condition, ever."

"Do you really need to ask? Some regulation is required. But to require braille on a drive through bank teller station, or to tell a company how high the mirror in the bathroom has to be, or any other host of regulations that are just like these...yeah we are way over regulated."
