In last week’s CI CyberNews CyberPoll, we asked readers if their companies have a social media presence. The majority of respondents answered no (75%), while the remainder of respondents’ companies do participate in social media.
One reader commented, “I’ve been pushing for my company to establish their social media presence for over a year; just yesterday they asked for my help in doing that. Finally!”
Another said, “Social media is important for many companies, especially those whose customers are the general public. However, my company sells mainly to other companies. We don’t have a social media presence because that is not a major avenue for communicating with our customers.”
