Last week’s CI CyberNews CyberPoll focused on U.S. Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan. Do you think she would be good or bad for business, if confirmed?

Last week’s CI CyberNews CyberPoll focused on U.S. Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan. Most of the respondents (58.6%) believe she would be bad for business, while 3.5% believe she would be good for business. The remainder (37.9%) don’t believe that the Supreme Court impacts those things that are most important to their business.

Comments included:

“No interest in this person! She is an Obama dummy and not required for the USA!! Send her back to the class rm!” -- Jack Diettrich

“She is an Obama liberal, no experience, and a very left wing history. Not good for small business.”

“Elena Kagan, yet another Federalist, will significantly shift the Supreme Court to the Right. While I believe her interpretation of the 1st amendment is just, I think her opinions on the power of the executive branch are dangerous. If left unchecked, the executive branch will grow further than it has already been allowed to grow under the Bush administration; such an Orwellian state is frightening to me.”
