September is National Preparedness Month. In last week’s CI CyberNews CyberPoll, we asked readers if their company has taken steps to prepare or to review its preparedness plan. Most respondents (58.3%) answered no, while 25% were unsure and 16.7% of respondents’ companies have taken some kind of action.
“We have been taking many steps recently because of areas for improvement we have seen in the past year in CT with: record-breaking snowfall, hurricane Irene, and even the earthquake that we could barely feel here,” commented one reader.
One reader who answered no said, “You’d think we’d learn…”
Another reader who answered no said, “Another Government program!!!”
