Despatch Industries is offering its Advantage Service Assurance
Program (ASAP), superior service programs for its high performance
ovens, as well as other heat management processing equipment and
environmental chambers. All service is provided by factory-trained
personnel who understand the complexities of specialized ovens, and
ASAP customers receive priority in scheduling of service visits and
special discounts on parts. During each visit, Despatch personnel
perform a check of safety equipment, and factory-certified
calibrations traceable to NIST standards are also performed. Three
levels of service are available to meet customers' needs, budgets and
schedules.
