TA Instruments Acquires Expert System Solutions and LaserComp

TA Instruments recently announced two acquisitions. The company has acquired Expert System Solutions (ESS), based in Modena, Italy. ESS is a privately held company that designs and manufactures innovative non-contact optical thermal analysis instrumentation.

TA Instruments has also acquired LaserComp, of Saugus, Mass. A privately held company, LaserComp is a leading manufacturer of thermal conductivity test instruments.
