Riedhammer to Showcase Energy-Saving Solutions at ceramitec 2015
At the ceramitec exhibition, which will be held October 20-23 in Munich, Germany, Riedhammer will present its expertise in high-quality, efficient and energy-saving innovations. Riedhammer reportedly offers advanced technical solutions for all thermal processes, helping to ensure high-quality finished products.
Riedhammer will show tailor-made kilns for advanced ceramic products, as well as handlings systems and automation solutions. The Riedhammer energy saving system (EMS) reportedly combines the advantages of a pulse firing system and combustion air preheating to 700°C for the lowest energy consumption in sanitaryware tunnel kilns. The company also reportedly provides a new rotary kiln for heat treatment of ceramic powder, “green energy” products and calcination, and a high-temperature kiln that includes a “lightweight lined” tunnel kiln with a fiber roof for firing up to 1700°C. The newly developed tempering kilns for mag carbon and dolomite brick reportedly allows pollution-free production at very low energy consumption due to a highly efficient heat recovery system. For recycling processes, Riedhammer reportedly provides complete lines for the production of foam glass gravel.
Senior engineers and commissioning engineers reportedly provide “revamping” solutions for the customer to modernize older equipment to reduce energy consumption, increase output, improve quality, install/optimize automation and handling systems, and update control and regulation technology.
