Eperjesi and Hawkings Appointed to Ibstock Board as Independent Non-Executive Directors
Upon their respective appointments, Eperjesi and Hawkings will both join the board’s Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee, and Nomination Committee.
The board of Ibstock plc recently announced the appointment of Louis Eperjesi and Claire Hawkings as independent non-executive directors of the company. Eperjesi is CEO of Tyman plc, a FTSE-listed international supplier of engineered components to the door and windows industry, a position he has held since February 2010. He reportedly has extensive knowledge and experience of the manufacture and supply of building products in international markets, as well as a strong commercial, marketing, and product background. Eperjesi will join the board on June 1, 2018; upon appointment, he will join the Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee and Nomination Committee.
Hawkings is a member of the executive committee of Tullow Oil PLC, where she serves as executive vice president of Organization Strategy and Company Performance. She has worked in the oil and gas industry for 27 years in a variety of international commercial, environmental, business development, and general management leadership positions. Hawkings will join the board on September 1, 2018; upon appointment, she will join the board’s Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee and Nomination Committee.
