CeramTec Names New CFO and President of Industrial Division
Eric Oellerer will join the company on September 15 as the new chief financial officer (CFO), while Richard Boulter will join as president of the Industrial division by December 1, at the latest.
CeramTec recently announced two personnel appointments. Eric Oellerer will join the company on September 15 as the new chief financial officer (CFO), while Richard Boulter will join as president of the Industrial division by December 1, at the latest. CeramTec’s current CFO, Dominique Janbon, will leave the company after a brief transition period.
Oellerer has held several senior positions in global companies, most recently serving as CFO of Metabo since 2011. Prior to that, he was a portfolio manager at HgCapital and spent more than 10 years in different functions with Daimler/Mercedes-Benz. He holds a master’s degree of business administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, Netherlands; a master’s degree (magister juris) from University of Vienna, Austria; and a master’s degree in Economics (Dipl.-Kfm.) from Vienna University of Economics (WU), Austria.
Boulter has held several senior positions in both large global companies and specialist medium-size enterprises. Since mid-2017, he has been responsible as managing director for the Johnson Controls Building Technologies business in Germany. He has a higher certificate in electrical and electronic engineering from Loughborough Technical College (UK).
