Schroeder, Wallace Join Bullen Ultrasonics Management Team
Lucas Schroeder is the new director of operations for Bullen, while Scott Wallace has been named manager of the company’s Technology Development Center.
Bullen Ultrasonics, Inc. announced that Lucas Schroeder and Scott Wallace have filled two key management positions. In his new role as director of operations, Schroeder oversees all production and production support-related functions within the plant.
“I’m excited about the opportunity to be a part of creating and driving world-class manufacturing processes at a time when the company is experiencing such a tremendous amount of organic growth,” said Schroeder. “My experience as an operations leader in multiple other industries will be key as I work with the operations team at Bullen to build out the tools and processes that we will utilize to support our employees and drive improvement.”
Wallace has filled the newly created position of manager of the company’s Technology Development Center (TDC), which was created to handle the design and development of all processes required for new customer part programs, as well as new technologies developed for ultrasonic machining. Wallace’s years of management and launch experience in a cross-section of industries have reportedly been put to immediate use.
“I really enjoy working with the Bullen team members on launching and developing new part processes,” said Wallace. “Bullen has a family culture in which everyone is eager to learn and apply their knowledge to improving the company.”
According to Tim Beatty, president of Bullen, finding quality employees for all levels of positions has been one of the keys to the company’s steady expansion over the past few years. “As we entered 2018, we knew this would be an important year of growth for Bullen,” he said. “Both Scott and Lucas bring a wealth of experience, and they both have made an immediate impact to Bullen’s ability to grow and meet our customers’ demand.”
Including these two positions, Bullen has reportedly hired more than 40 people in the past year and still has open positions. For more information, visit www.bullentech.com.
