UNION PROCESS, INC.: Updated Lab Equipment
Lab tests start with a questionnaire that can be found on the company’s website.
Union Process, Inc. recently announced that it has built and installed a new laboratory-sized DMQX™ bead mill in its lab for the purpose of testing customers’ material. “This DMQX 07 bead mill is a great addition to our test lab,” said Emery Li, laboratory manager. “In addition to our line of wet and dry grinding attritors, this mill allows us to target applications where submicron and nanometer particle size range materials are required.”
Lab tests start with a questionnaire that can be found on the company’s website at https://unionprocess.com/lab-trial-forms.html. Samples of the customers’ material are then sent to the Union Process lab, where tests are performed to determine feasibility and provide data for scale up. The company also has a toll milling/toll grinding facility to test larger quantities of material.
