Gibson Named Vice President of Marketing, Product Innovation for The Oneida Group
Sean Gibson, who reportedly has an extensive background in brand management and consumer product marketing, has served since 2017 as the company’s director of Marketing & Innovation.
The Oneida Group has named Sean Gibson vice president of Marketing & Product Innovation. Gibson, who reportedly has an extensive background in brand management and consumer product marketing, has served since 2017 as the company’s director of Marketing & Innovation.
“Sean brings a wealth of experience to the role, having been instrumental in elevating the Anchor Hocking and Oneida brands using consumer insights to drive purposeful, strategic innovation and advertising,” said Mark Eichhorn, CEO of The Oneida Group. “With the Oneida and Anchor Hocking retail businesses now reunited under one umbrella, he is well positioned to lead the department’s efforts to continue reinvigorating these great brands.”
Since assuming the role, Gibson has worked to reorganize the marketing team to increase focus on category expertise within each brand to leverage The Oneida Group’s product portfolio across multiple categories to drive growth and innovation. Prior to joining The Oneida Group, Gibson spent nearly 20 years at Procter & Gamble, where he led the growth and evolution of some of the world’s most well-known brands. He is a graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
