H.R. 1255, or the Home Construction Lending Regulatory Improvement Act of 2013, is a piece of bipartisan legislation that was recently introduced to help provide home builders access to credit for viable home building projects. In last week's CI CyberNews CyberPoll, we asked readers if they think it will help increase jobs in the construction sector. Half of the respondents (50%) said yes, while 33.3% said no and the remaining 16.7% were unsure.
