Cersaie 2016 was recently held in Bologna, Italy, and 94 Tile of Spain companies showcased their latest ceramic tile innovations and collections. Tile companies are inspired by the latest decorating and design trends, including exotics, fragmented designs, brick patterns, chevrons, lines, art objects, textile inspiration, grays, aquatic life, and large-format tile.
President Obama signed the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act on June 22, marking the first major overhaul of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) in 40 years. The president called the legislation “proof that Washington can function despite intense polarization.” He praised both chemicals industry groups and environmentalists for achieving consensus despite their usual differences of opinion.

Deco ’16 kicked off April 16 in Baltimore, Md., marking the show’s first return to the East Coast since 2002 when the group met in Washington, D.C.
