Granito Forte in Fresagrandinaria (Chieti, Italy) recently completed the purchase of a seventh complete line for the manufacture of ceramic floor and wall tile, supplied by Sacmi. This latest production line for traditional sizes (from 15 x 15 to 60 x 60) is currently being installed and is expected to come on stream in the first half of 2016. 

The new line includes a continuous mill with two new Sacmi PH 6500 presses, a 25-m horizontal dryer, and a 117-m roller kiln equipped with heat recovery and energy saving devices. Sacmi has also supplied the loading and unloading systems that service the kiln. Also installed were a sorting line and storage system, with automated high-efficiency stackers and palletizers.
